Environment
Farmers forever, millers for three generations, sellers of agricultural products for a short time in comparison, but with the intention of making ourselves known to promote our territory and our lifestyle.
Agriculture, our work, our efforts; everything is aimed at enhancing a territory that hosts, nourishes, cares for, educates all of us but above all gives a soul to our existence. In the hope of handing over this heritage to future generations as we inherited it from our ancestors.
Our history is inextricably linked to the territory that hosts us. Impervious but well exposed lands, difficult to access but absolutely uncontaminated, steep but therefore with unique pedoclimatic conditions. They are the ones who give us agricultural products with ever-changing, unrepeatable and unique flavors every year.
